Patient Portal

After discharging from a visit to our Hospital, an invitation to MyCareCorner will automatically be sent to the email address registered with us. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folders for this invitation link. Need your email address updated? Speak to an admissions staff while you are with us. 

If you need any assistance with the patient support, you can contact MyCareCorner support at 1-855-478-8101. Support is available 8am-5pm Central Time Monday thru Friday.

  • Once you establish your account, if you want to use your smart phone, just install the app and log in!

Portal for Clinic Visits

The Athena portal is used for clinic visits with our doctors. This portal (Athena) includes your results from services performed at the hospital in addition to your health history from your visits to our clinics. (St. Francis Cypress Rural Health & St. Francis Specialty). Billing for services performed at the hospital are separate and will not be on the Athena portal. You will see your results on both portals.
