Ultrasound

Ultrasound imaging—also called sonography —is a safe and painless procedure that uses sound waves to produce high quality images of various organ symptoms such as the heart, blood vessels, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen & uterus.  Ultrasound is also used for international procedures to help guide the radiologist during biopsies and various other procedures. Because ultrasound uses sound waves instead of radiation to produce images, ultrasound specializes in the visualization of the anatomical structures found in the female pelvis and unborn children.
