We have implemented a telephone system answering attendant. Callers can now quickly route themselves to patient rooms or directly to employee extensions. In addition, callers can go through a department directory to connect to the most used services: Admissions, Patient Billing, Lab, Imaging (Xray), Outpatient Scheduling, Social Services to name a few. The caller can quickly get to the operator by pressing 9 at any time during the attendant recordings.
