This is a hands on session where we will learn to use the more advanced features of our email system and how to "publish” information to our Employee Portal:

- How to add the Employee Portal to your employee's email system.

- How to access the portal in windows so you can publish information there.

- How to use Adobe Acrobat to create PDF's in the employee portal (publishing)

- Using Adobe Acrobat to update your procedure manuals in the portal.

- Accessing and using public Calendars (Procedure Room Calendar)
